2. Main stress on teaching software application design with major focus on extendable designs.
3. Focus on object oriented thinking and implementing this object oriented knowledge in software development.
4. N-layer design is the core of all the programming exercises that trainees undertake.
5. Periodic code reviews to help students understand the importance of writing clean code.
6. Trainees are divided into teams and assigned official mail ids. They have regular team meetings and they are required to finish their projects while working as a team.
7. Sitting arrangement for trainees is as per the sitting arrangements they would get in software companies.
